Let us introduce ourselves. We are Greg and Ronel Messick, the owners of SellByOwnerCalifornia.com and CaliforniaDiscountRealEstate.com operated from San Clemente California. We also own RealtyNET and Flex Real Estate, based in Oregon, and SellByOwnerArizona.com based out of Phoenix Arizona.
We have partnered with Realty Connection Group to facilitate our expansion into California. Realty Connection Group is a regional real estate brokerage located in Southern California. They allow their agents to offer flexible or non-traditional listing options.
We are empty nesters and spread our time between Oregon, California, and Arizona. We enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, biking pretty much anything in the sun. We created our unique real estate business model to allow us to have a flexible lifestyle. At the same time, we help homeowners save money when they sell their real estate.
