Option one is known as a Flat Fee MLS Listing, which enables homeowners to pay a low flat fee upfront to have their homes listed in the MLS. This is the same MLS that professional agents use when listing their properties. Option two is Agent Assistance Listing Service where we provide all of the services in our Flat Fee listing service in addition to have a professional real estate broker available to review offers and give you real estate transaction advice to help direct you to a successful close of your transaction.  Option three is a Discounted Limited Full-Service Listing. This option provides many of the same services they would receive from a traditional Real Estate Agent at a discounted listing commission ranging from .5% to 1%. You don’t have to pay 6%!
